I was on my way to run the "Run of the Mill" this morning when I was rear-ended. The woman was acting a bit weird, so the Sheriff talked to her a bit and then started doing a field sobriety test (of which she failed). She got cuffed and charged with DUI at 8 in the morning. Just wrong!
